Registration Data Access Protocol – Terms of Service

This Registration Data Access Protocol Terms of Service Agreement (“RDAP”) sets forth the terms and conditions of the use of Our RDAP service. In this Agreement, “You” and “Your” refer to You as the user of the RDAP service and “We,” “Us,” and “Our(s)” refer to DomainRegistry.com LLC, as well as its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“DomainRegistry”). By using Our RDAP service, You agree to be bound by the RDAP and that your information will be used in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

Your Duty.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. the data in Our RDAP service is provided for informational purposes only;
  2. You understand, agree and acknowledge that any information provided is ‘as is’ without any guarantee of accuracy;
  3. the data provided may only be used by You for a legal purpose;
  4. the RDAP service will not be accessed automated electronic processes that send data to the systems any ICANN-accredited registrar, or any registry operator;
  5. You will not compile, repackage, disseminate, or otherwise use the information contained in the RDAP service in its entirety, or in any substantial portion;
  6. the RDAP service wll not be used in any way to support the transmission of unsolicited advertising or solicitations; and
  7. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Your access to the RDAP service in Our sole discretion.

Modification.

By using RDAP services, You understand, agree and acknowledge that the RDAP is subject to change at any time in its sole and unlimited discretion, that You are responsible for checking these terms periodically for changes and that Your use of the RDAP service after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the changes.
